On Day Wedding Coordination & Styling Package 

Service Fee: $400

There is a lot to consider for a smooth wedding day – As the bride, you can't be in two places at once and things may happen that you can't control or anticipate. With a  dedicated wedding day coordinator on hand, I will ensure every detail you have tirelessly planned is executed flawlessly.

I will be there to support you from the moment of booking with whatever you need. 

As your wedding day coordinator I will be that one point of contact to oversee and direct proceedings to make sure everything is set up and runs as planned - this means you don't have to rely on friends or family members to step in as party planners or decorators for the day.

 

I will be your arms, legs and eyes doing all the things you wish you could but simply can't as today you have the honour of being the last to arrive!

Package Inclusions: 

 

  • Unlimited face to face meetings, this includes a style consultation at your venue.

  • Personalised Mood Board

  • A Style Proposal which details all of the styling elements of your wedding or event from signage to lighting to tablescapes etc!

  • Unlimited emails/phone calls  throughout the entire Journey 

  • Access to all of my props at no extra cost

  • Flower arrangements (Priced individually) 

  • Development of a wedding day schedule

  • Access to a list of fabulous, reliable and trusted suppliers. Recommendations on  venues, photographers, bespoke invitation designers, floral designers etc etc!

  • Brooke to source and deal with suppliers and vendors on your behalf

  • Brooke to be present on your wedding day to set up, Style and pack down and to make sure everything is beautiful as planned!

  • Set up and Styling of ceremony & Reception 

  • Greet and usher guests

  • Attending to the Bride, Groom, Bridal Party and close family as required

  • Assist the photographer to make the most efficient use of photo time and coordinate family and bridal party key shots

  • Oversee the execution of the décor, styling and floral set up

  • Transfer of florals and props from ceremony to reception if required

  • Responsible for any set up requirements not looked after by the venue such as place cards, guest book, gift collection, favours, signage.

  • Work with your musicians and MC to coordinate bridal entrance, speeches, cake cutting and first dance

  • Oversee service staff in the food and beverage service and time keeping

  • Overall time keeping and main point of contact to all suppliers.

  • For see and troubleshoot any mishaps.

  • Pick up and drop off of any hire items required from suppliers
