On Day Wedding Coordination
& Styling Package 

There is a lot to consider for a smooth wedding day – As the bride, you can't be in two places at once and things may happen that you can't control or anticipate. With a dedicated coordinator on hand to manage the day and ensure every detail you have tirelessly planned is executed flawlessly, you can sit back and enjoy your special day.

As your wedding day coordinator, I will be that one point of contact to oversee and to make sure everything is set up and managed seamlessly from the moment you wake up until you walk out those reception doors at the end of the night - this means you don't have to rely on friends or family members to step in as party planners or decorators for the day.

 

I will be your arms, legs and eyes doing all the things you wish you could but simply can't as

today you have the honour of being the last to arrive!

I'll be there to fix your dress as you walk down the aisle, give you directions on where to stand, Take care of your personal belongings, ensure champagne is ready to go for speeches and cake cutting, light candles that go out  - the list goes on.

Package Inclusions: 

 

  • Up to 10hrs coverage

  • Unlimited face to face meetings, including a style consultation at your venue

  • Unlimited emails/phone calls  throughout the entire Journey 

  • A Style Proposal which details all of the styling elements of your wedding 

  • Recommendations on venues, photographers, bespoke invitation designers, floral designers 

  • Access to a list of fabulous, reliable and trusted suppliers. 

  • Development of a wedding day run sheet plus vendor distribution

  • floor and seating plan assistance

  • Management of all suppliers from 2 months out

  • Set up & Styling of the ceremony & Reception. (Pack down available upon request)
  • Greet and usher guests

  • Oversee the execution of decor, styling and floral setup

  • Attending to the Bride, Groom, Bridal Party and close family as required

  • Assist the photographer to make the most efficient use of photo time and coordinating family and bridal party key shots

  • Transfer of florals and props from ceremony to the reception if required

  • Responsible for any setup requirements not looked after by the venue such as place cards, guest book, gift collection, favours, signage.

  • Work with your musicians and MC to coordinate bridal entrance, speeches, cake cutting and first dance

  • Oversee service staff in the food and beverage service and timekeeping

  • Overall timekeeping and the main point of contact to all suppliers.

  • Forsee and troubleshoot any mishaps.

  • Pick up and drop off of any hire items required from suppliers
