This package is fully inclusive of all planning aspects – I won't stop until the wedding is over. No stone will be left unturned so all you have to do is enjoy your magical day.

From the moment you assign me as your Wedding Planner, you can be assured that all aspects of your wedding are being looked after by an experienced wedding professional.

I will work with you to create a concept for your wedding which includes colours and an overall look and feel. We will start with your invitations right through to your reception venue styling.

I will locate all the special services and products required for your consideration and take care of all booking requirements. Plus you have the time-saving benefit of only one person to contact for ALL aspects of your wedding!

I will work with you From Start to finish by Planning, Styling and Coordinating your big day.

Package Inclusions:

• Unlimited face-to-face meetings 

• Unlimited emails, phone and Skype calls

• Sourcing of wedding ceremony and reception venues

• Site inspections - If required

• Sourcing of wedding suppliers e.g. photographer, videographer, entertainment, AV, transport, stationary, cake, dress etc.

• Scheduling of appointments for consultations required with suppliers

• Management of requirements, contracts and payments for all suppliers

• Creating a style and decorative concept for your wedding day including e.g. flowers, candles, table wear, linen, draping, lighting, lounges, stationary, cake etc.

• RSVP management of invitations

• Attendance and supervision at ceremony rehearsal (if required)

• Development of a wedding day schedule/Run sheet

• Key contact for all supplier communications

• Coordination of all suppliers during set-up on the wedding day

• Set Up and Styling on the day to bring your vision to life

• Attendance and supervision on the wedding day up to 10 hours (additional hours can be added) 

• Pack down assistance (If required)

• Pick up and drop off of any hire items required from suppliers
